1. Overview

Welcome to Kary Group (“Kary Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Kary Group operates this website and provides professional consultancy services relating to residency by investment, citizenship by investment, digital nomad visas, company formation, cross-border investment advisory, and other immigration and investment-related consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).
The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including any information, content, consultation booking services, payment facilities, and professional advisory services made available through it.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using this website or booking any consultation. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, purchasing any advisory service, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use this website or any of our Services.

2. Our Services

Kary Group provides professional consultancy and advisory services relating to residency by investment, citizenship by investment, digital nomad visas, company formation, cross-border investment advisory, and other immigration and investment-related services.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all descriptions, information, pricing, eligibility requirements, program details, timelines, and other content presented on this website are accurate and up to date. However, immigration laws, government regulations, investment thresholds, and eligibility requirements may change without notice and may vary depending on the jurisdiction and the individual circumstances of each client.
Our Services are advisory and consultative in nature. Any information provided through this website or during consultations is intended for general informational purposes and professional guidance based on the information available at the time.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable advice, Kary Group does not guarantee that any visa, residency permit, citizenship application, company registration, investment application, or other governmental approval will be granted. All applications remain subject to the independent review, discretion, and final decision of the relevant government authorities or other competent institutions.

The outcome of any application depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government policies, regulatory changes, due diligence procedures, documentation provided by the client, and decisions made by the relevant authorities.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided to Kary Group is complete, accurate, truthful, and submitted within any required deadlines. Kary Group shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, or adverse decisions resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or late information supplied by the client or third parties acting on the client’s behalf.
All descriptions of our Services, consultation packages, pricing, availability, processing estimates, and program information are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or refuse any Service where required by law, regulatory obligations, professional standards, or our internal compliance procedures.
We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue providing Services where we reasonably believe that accepting or continuing an engagement would violate applicable laws, sanctions regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, or our professional or ethical responsibilities.

3. Consultation Bookings and Orders

When you book a consultation or request any professional advisory service through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase Services from Kary Group.
All consultation bookings are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any booking or service request for any lawful reason, including but not limited to availability, regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, or where we determine that we are unable to provide the requested Services.
A consultation booking shall only be considered confirmed once:

• payment has been successfully authorized and received (where payment is required);
• you receive a booking confirmation from Kary Group;
• and where applicable, the consultation has been scheduled and confirmed.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking details before completing your purchase, including the selected consultation type, date, time, fees, and any information you provide during the booking process.
Following confirmation of your booking, Kary Group will use reasonable efforts to deliver the consultation at the agreed date and time. In certain circumstances, consultations may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, professional availability, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative appointment.
Requests to cancel or reschedule a consultation are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Depending on the timing of your request and whether the consultation has already commenced or been delivered, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.
Where a client engages Kary Group for additional advisory, immigration, investment, or company formation services following a consultation, the consultation itself does not constitute acceptance of any ongoing engagement unless separately agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any booking or engagement where required by applicable law, sanctions regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, or where a client provides false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

4. Prices and Billing

All consultation fees, service fees, quotations, and other charges displayed on this website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable fee for any consultation or Service shall be the fee displayed and confirmed at the time your booking is completed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, government fees, third-party charges, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other costs that may arise in connection with the Services.
Where additional professional services are requested beyond the initial consultation, separate quotations, engagement letters, or service agreements may be provided and accepted before any additional work commences.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and payment information for all transactions conducted through our website. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and that all information supplied during the booking process is accurate.
We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and any other payment methods made available through our secure online payment platform at the time of booking. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that:

• you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method;
• all payment information provided is accurate and complete;
• sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction; and
• you authorize Kary Group and its authorized payment service providers to process the transaction.

Kary Group does not collect, store, or retain your complete credit or debit card information. All payment transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment service providers using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
Cardholders are encouraged to retain copies of transaction records, payment confirmations, invoices, and these Terms and Conditions for their records.
In the event that a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails after Services have been provided, Kary Group reserves the right to suspend further Services, recover any outstanding amounts, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

5. Delivery of Services

The Services provided by Kary Group consist primarily of professional consultations, advisory services, and related immigration and investment assistance. Delivery of Services may take place online, by telephone, through virtual meeting platforms, by email, or in person, depending on the nature of the Service purchased and the arrangements agreed with the client.
Consultation appointments are scheduled based on availability and will be confirmed by Kary Group following successful payment and booking confirmation. Clients are responsible for attending consultations at the agreed date and time and for ensuring they have access to any required communication platform or technology where consultations are conducted remotely.
Where additional advisory or professional services are engaged following a consultation, estimated timelines for the delivery of those Services will be communicated separately. Any timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of completion within a specific period.
Certain Services provided by Kary Group involve applications submitted to government authorities or third-party organizations. Processing times for visas, residency permits, citizenship applications, company registrations, investment approvals, or other governmental procedures are determined solely by the relevant authorities and are outside the control of Kary Group. Accordingly, Kary Group accepts no responsibility for delays or changes to processing times resulting from governmental procedures, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
Where a consultation or Service cannot be delivered as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical issues, force majeure events, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational circumstances, Kary Group will use reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment or continue the Service at the earliest practical opportunity.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any licence or ownership rights in any intellectual property belonging to Kary Group or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, and other proprietary marks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written authorization.

7. Optional Tools

Our Services may provide access to or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or applications that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Kary Group. 10. Refunds and Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation by providing at least 48 hours’ prior written notice. Each client is entitled to one (1) complimentary rescheduling of a consultation, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to Kary Group’s approval and additional charges.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, as well as failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. Fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, and advisory services delivered, regardless of whether the Client decides to proceed with additional services or achieves any desired immigration, residency, citizenship, visa, investment, or business outcome.

Where applicable, refunds approved by Kary Group will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable period, subject to the policies of the payment provider and financial institution.

Government fees, due diligence fees, legalisation fees, translation fees, courier charges, banking fees, and any other third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client are non-refundable once paid or committed, as such charges are imposed by external parties and are beyond Kary Group’s control.

Kary Group reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances exist.
