Kary Group is committed to providing professional immigration, residency, citizenship, investment, and business advisory services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which consultations and services may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded..
Consultation fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, and advisory services provided by Kary Group.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation by providing at least 48 hours’ prior written notice.
Each client is entitled to one (1) complimentary rescheduling of a consultation, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling requests may be subject to Kary Group’s approval and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, as well as failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
Consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Professional fees are charged for the time, expertise, and advisory services provided and do not guarantee any immigration, residency, citizenship, visa, investment, company formation, or other governmental outcome.
Where a refund is approved by Kary Group, it will be processed using the original payment method.
For services beyond the initial consultation, including residency or citizenship by investment advisory, immigration consultancy, digital nomad visa assistance, company formation, or other professional services, refund eligibility shall be governed by the applicable service agreement entered into between Kary Group and the Client.
Fees relating to services already performed or work already completed are non-refundable.
Government application fees, due diligence fees, translation fees, legalization fees, courier charges, banking fees, payment processing fees, and any other third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the Client are non-refundable once paid or committed, as these costs are imposed by third parties and are beyond Kary Group’s control.
Where a refund is approved, Kary Group will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the Client’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
